What is expected of the Sales Representative:
  • Meet with homeowners and business owners to inspect and document damage
  • Create estimates based on industry specific software, drone footage, and personal inspection of the roof
  • Update detailed sales notes daily
  • Ability to present and close restoration agreements
  • Self-generate leads through networking and canvassing
  • Ability to set up a ladder and walk a residential or business roof
  • Lead Generation; canvassing, cold calling, door knocking, and networking
    • Some warm leads provided

What you'll bring as the Sales Representative:
  • Great communication skills
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized
  • Team player that is coachable and brings a positive attitude every day
  • Strong computer skills
  • Comfortable working alone with little to no supervision
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Previous sales or construction experience is helpful but not required for success

Sales Representative Compensation: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
  • Generous commission and bonus structure
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
Travel requirement:
  • Local travel in sales territory
Work Location: Remote
